We have a small prices section which should give you an indication of the overall price. We never hide any cost from you and we do not charge by the hour. Full and correct costings will be quoted once we have determined your full requirements.

WattsMedia.co.uk only request a 25% deposit to cover setup, rental of domain name and hosting costs. The deposit covers consumable costs and cannot be refunded. Alternatively call us to discuss monthly payment options over 12 or 24 months (terms and conditions apply).

Time required to build your website relies heavily on the client providing as much information about the products and services as possible. We can meet priority deadlines if requested at a premium. A standard brochure website can take from 2 - 4 weeks depending on your feedback. Constant changes in design can draw the process out.

With all website packages, you get a fully designed website to your specifications; free hosting for 1 year; free .co.uk domain name for 2 years; free pro business Email address of your choice; built-in Email form; 2 free text changes per year (whilst hosting with us) and peace of mind that your site is being taken care of (whilst hosting with us).

Once your website is completed and you are happy, we will submit your site to the search engines. Depending on how busy the search engines are dictates the amount of time it takes to index your site correctly. Normal indexing time to get your site onto Google can be 1 - 3 weeks.

It is always good to meet a client, but not always necessary. Meetings can take place over the telephone, Email or the Internet using SKYPE or MSN Live for a cam meeting.

You can use your old name. If it needs to be moved a transfer fee may apply from your old provider, which you will be charged for (we will contact you to let you know before going ahead with a move).

We provide a re-design service for clients who wish to update their websites for design or code accessibility reasons. You must however have permission from the website designer or fully own your website for us to change the website in any way.

Once the website is complete, and you continue using our hosting services, you will receive 2 free text changes per year. Please feel free to contact us regarding any problems to your service, which we will then endeavor to rectify as soon as possible. (we have yet to have one in three years).

Compliant code are websites that are written in a specific way to allow websites to be viewed by the disabled, by people with different types of computers such as Apple Mac's and Linux and also people with different languages who use translators. This code is written and governed by The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is an essential practice for any designer, you'll see the labels on some websites, but not all.
